ROMA Boots merges fashion & philanthropy. For every pair of Rain Boot sold, a brand new pair is donated to a child living in poverty. ROMA Boots has been in business since 2010 and since that time, donated over 25,000 boots to children living in poverty. Brand Street Agency was contracted to review internal process, develop a more streamlined approach to online/e-commerce sales, and re-engage with opportunities that were difficult to manage. Brand Street successfully re-engaged, and brought on board a sales team, creating a more streamlined automation process to increase drop-ship retailers.
From a branding perspective, it was identified that ROMA Boots had an opportunity to further engage it's loyal customers, through the creation of a 'movement', an ask. Brand Street Agency was responsible for creating the ROMA Boots Movement, to donate 1 Million boots to children living in poverty by 2020.
Brand Street Agency negotiated a licensing deal with Lionsgate Films, eOne Films in association with World Vision Canada to come up with the WONDER Boot, a boot inspired by the Wonder Movie's message of Hope & Kindness. In addition, BSA assisted in acquiring an Australian distributor for ROMA Boots to assist with the company's global vision and growth.
Brand Street Agency also worked with a local photographer and model, to create a different image, look/feel for the company. We completed a photo shoot in Marfa, Texas.
